100 Club Games
It’s raining milestones this weekend as we celebrate a whopping seven players. Stepping up to help out as only he knows how is Chris ‘Skeeta’ Bethell playing his 150th Open Age club game, Ryan Russo and Ivy Henderson their 100th club game, whilst Beau Milne, Indi Brennan, Ruby Frederickson and Ruby Scouller celebrate 50 club games.
Having worked his way through the junior ranks, Ryan is now making an impact at senior level. After overcoming an injury that sidelined him for much of last season, this milestone is a testament to his perseverance, resilience and dedication to the club.
Ryan is the type of player every team loves to have alongside them. Tough, hard at the contest and never afraid to put his body on the line, he brings a physical edge to every game. An extremely competitive footballer, he can take on a tagging role when required, play in a variety of positions and always puts the team first. More importantly, Ryan is a fantastic teammate. He’s the sort of player who always has your back, lifts those around him and makes his teammates stand taller when the game is on the line. Congratulations Russ on 100 club games. Here’s to many more games in the red and white!
