Round 5, we welcome another talented junior product Zav Morris to the First XVIII starting lineup. Working his way through the junior ranks, Zav has always been an excitement machine! Having won the leading goal kicking award every year since joining the club in 2019 Zav knows how to find the big sticks! Winning the Fourths Club Best and Fairest in 2021 he has continued this momentum and class through to the Thirds. A small dangerous forward, Zav has explosive speed off the mark. He can have a field day with his ability to break into space giving himself a paddock in the forward 50, combined with his racking right foot makes him very damaging. Zav has terrific footy smarts and reads the flight of the footy to get into great position, whether that be marking or crumbing the packs. Having already subbed 11 times, including during the finals series last year, Zav knows how to mix it with the big boys. A crafty young forward with a big career in the making, well done Zav!!
