The KFNC are very pleased to announce the reappointment of Ross “Barney” Garner to the position of Fourths coach for season 2024. Under Barney’s coaching the young 2023 team improved out of sight from season beginning to season end, unfortunately falling agonisingly short of the ultimate prize. It’s Barney’s intention to go one step further in 2024 by having his team commit 100% to the cause. Barney’s simple philosophy of having his team train harder than any other team in the club and competition whilst teaching the basic skills and game sense in a fun yet disciplined manner will no doubt hold the young squad in good stead to fulfil Barney’s thirst to deliver the ultimate prize for his young charges and the club! We thank Barney and his family for once again allowing him to commit to the Swans in this very important junior coaching position.
