Junior Club People of the Year was awarded to Emelia Weeks, Harrison Few and Lily Few, three young people who week in week out volunteered their time.
Emelia habitually helps out whenever and wherever is needed. From umpiring, banners, looking after children or helping set up or clean up anything, no job is ever too big or too small.
Harrison ran the water for the seniors all year. Harrison did a great job of not only getting the water to all the players but also ensured that the bottles are always refilled and ready for all the breaks.
Lily spends hours every home game helping out in the canteen. Too young to play netball, Lily describes ‘volunteering’ as her ‘sport’ and what a great job she does.
