This week we congratulate three loyal local lads who commenced their football careers in the red and white and notch up great milestones tomorrow. Congratulations to Nick Few on 250 'Club Games'. 'Steve Few' 150 'Open Age Games' and Oliver Small 100 'Open Age Games'.
Oliver has always had a very high level of talent but unfortunately as been struct with several major injuries. Oli has had to maintain a high level of resilience to come back time and time again which it's fair to say very few country footballers would have maintained the desire to keep pushing through those adversities that Oliver has faced. Oli is an aggressive player who loves a bit of onfield banter. He is a handful for the opposition with his size, booming kick and marking ability and is still working back to his best footy after his long injury breaks. The boys love having him back out there on the field and he is the sort of player that can turn a game with a few big grabs and goals. A milestone over 10 years in the making, congratulations Oli, you made it!
