1983 and 1993 Premiership Reunion

The Katunga Football Netball Club will be holding a reunion of the 1983 First XVIII, Second XVIII and Midgets Netball Premierships along with the 1993 Third XVIII and Fourth XVIII Premierships on the first weekend in June 2023. It is 40 and 30 years respectively since these two very successful years and we would like to see you back at Katunga to help celebrate and reminisce with your fellow team mates and supporters. All family, friends and supporters welcomed.

The weekend will commence with an informal gathering at the Telegraph Hotel, Numurkah on Friday 2 June at 6:30pm.

Saturday 3 June is a home game against Picola with a light lunch and formal welcome at 11:30am at the Katunga Recreation Reserve. The cost of the lunch will be $20 per head to be pre-paid via direct deposit, which will include a stubby holder of your premiership team.

Roast rolls will also be served at the clubrooms following the game.

If anyone has any photos from the year and/or win we would greatly appreciate if you would please bring them along for us to scan and return so we can keep with our club records.

As Saturday and Saturday night is a catered event please RSVP with numbers attending each day/night by Saturday 27 May.

We look forward to seeing you and hope you can catch up with ‘old’ teammates and friends. We have tried to send every player an invite but if you know of someone please ensure you mention it to them to ensure we have been able to reach them.
